swans doing well

I helped our vet xray the male swan today. he has no new pellets inside him. He has one from a previous attack!!!!! They are such huge birds our vet had to use 2 sheets of xray paper to get all of him imaged. Tomorrow the female will be xrayed. They are doing reasonably. injuries healing. We are to start some physio--getting them to walk!! Could be interesting.
