Ahead of Target

Met up with my running friends - 8 hearty souls at Croy Station at 0530. Our intention was to run to Polmont Station and get the 07:56 train back. Our plan was to keep a steady average of 08:00 minute miles. We made it! (And learned there is a barber shop opened at 0747 on the Main Street).

Was cold and dry. A little misty along the canal. Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin for breakfast. Was earned :)
