Damp Squib

Myself and two fellow blippers (Lawrie and H2) had a stall at the university's staff festival today, selling some of our photographic wares.

Did it rain lots? Yes.

Did we sell much? No.

I sold a grant total of (wait for it...) 2 (yes, that's 2) greetings cards. Not even colleagues I've worked with for 7 years could be persuaded to part with as much as 50p on a postcard.

At least I don't have to buy any birthday cards for a while and I got to spend an afternoon catching up with H2 and Lawrie.

Not great for a person's self confidence, but I'm still glad I did it. I think...
