First thing cooked

In the new oven. I'm so pleased with this.

I just made aubergine and tomato bake topped with haloumi cheese. It smells divine. Mr H is off soon and this is a slight variation of one of his favourite dishes.its nice to have an oven that actually works, the previous one was dire, took ages to warm up and then never stayed at a consistent temperature.
