Lonesome Duck

The others had gone for a waddle in the Paddock !  This is the pond and small island where the famous Emmanuel college ducks are bred. They  are free to wander around the extensive gardens which are some of the best in Cambridge. It was quite overcast and late in the afternoon  when I went in for a quick  look around and to get a few shots before hurrying home.
