5k park run completed this morning. Slower by a few seconds than last week but better paced by me. 
Cinema with H later followed by pizza & beer. My healthy eating regime appears to have stopped for the weekend.
We saw Tarantino's latest, The Hateful Eight. Very violent, with liberal doses of sexism and racism. Comic book entertainment if you like this kind of cinema and I do. Samuel L Jackson is fabulous.
