Allotments

This beautiful walled garden in the grounds of Delaval Hall will soon be the home of North Tyneside Hospitals A&E Community Kitchen Allotment. I paid a sneak visit after work and was delighted with what I found!
As my colleague said, it is just like a Mr McGregor garden from the Peter Rabbit stories. Our plot has yet to be prepared but I am told its not going to be long !

Damp and Dismal all day but as yet the torrential rain that was forecast has not arrived.....will probably wake up floating in the morning !
