Sound of my life

Sandy raved about this place called Milford Sound. I took it all in and decided to add it to the life list. This being one of the reasons why I wanted to come to New Zealand and one of the many everyone of you should come too. (Not all at once though and bring sand fly repelent, it works!)
We had a superb drive to this remote fjordland highlight and booked into the Milford Sound bunkhouse. With six of us in a dorm room with bunks, it was very cosy, so not huge amonts of sleep were expected or experienced, but it did what it said on the tin. We cooked dinner in the shared kitchen and beat a retreat inside to crossword and write diary. A random, came over to chat to me, but "It wasn't that type of holiday", so he left quickly and we 'Almost' finished the cryptic crossword, even with NZ answers trying to stump us.
A great day again, but tomorrow was the cruise.
