Clear, but cold!

A grey, cold day was followed by a totally clear night. I hoped we might be lucky and get northern light sightings, but that was being a bit optimistic. As Emma returns to University tomorrow to start her exams on Monday, we all went out for a pie and pint at the local pub. On the way home I realised how clear it was, and thought stars over a pretty dark Maulds Meaburn would make an acceptable blip. (Didn't walk too far, my house is on the left!)
