Osprey at RIAT

Setting up day at Fairford for the Vulcan Village and Vulcan to the Sky Club stand.
It turned out really nice, it almost stopped raining at one time and we even saw a very pale white orb in the sky for about 5 seconds. We thought it might have been a alien spaceship coming in for the air tattoo but it turned out to be a very watery looking sun.

The ground at RIAT is saturated and every movement on the grass produces a squelching sound but hopeful for a good air show over Saturday and Sunday.

The aircraft is the USAF Osprey, VTOL aircraft. Quite impressive to watch.
I didn't notice the vortex spinning off the rotor blades until I was blipping it, very pleased with this one.
