Tandoori Salad

Had the day off today. Nice to just have a day with nothing planned, apart from relaxing.

This is a shot of our dinner. Tandoori salad - we marinated pieces of turkey and roasted pepper in Arabic spices we brought back from Oman. Combined with tomatoes, cucumber, olives and salad leaves it was delicious!

Random Bits and Bobs

- Enjoyed this with a glass of Gentleman Jack and coke. Yummy!
- Ben & Jerry ice cream for pudding. Oh My Apple Pie flavour. Another yummy!
