Thought it would be a good idea to go out on the lake today and get some photos from a different viewpoint. 

I won't start to describe how cold it was up on the top deck for 30 minutes. There wasn't the amount snow on the fells that I'd hoped for and the sun didn't make much of an appearance. Views to the Langdale Pikes were very dark so the blip is the view north with a little snow on Fairfield. 

If I hadn't been up top taking photos I could have been below enjoying a hot chocolate drink (with added rum for a small additional charge). The things we do for Blip!
