Tea

After a heavy 'day on the tiles' yesterday I've been feeling rather fragile all day. Food shop on the way home was painful and to top it off I bumped into my boss whilst I was not looking my best!
A coffee and cake cured me momentarily.
Spent a few hours at a friend's mum's house as the bestie was there visiting her grandfather who has sadly been diagnosed with cancer.
Stunning roast dinner at mam's left me feeling human- she always rescues me.
Now in bed watching the antiques road show and drinking tea! You'd think I was the one who'd turned 40 yesterday.
