PART

HD made me a lamp from various pipe parts intended for plumbing and a handsome steel steamer basket for a shade (see the shadow on the wall).  A most exciting development, and a most expensive bedside  lamp EVER.

He also spent today painting our little hallway a pleasant shade of warm grey.

I on the other had spent a day preparing for the new semester, starting tomorrow... wish me luck!
