Lacto-fermentation

Alive alive oh!  Despite my friend, Limey Stitch, being convinced I'm going to poison us all, the fermentation seems to be going well, if somewhat slowly, and it all smells good.  On the right, red cabbage with bay leaves and coriander.  On the right juniper berries and caraway.  In the middle, ferocious salted lemons.
