Covent Garden

For Christmas Jane bought me 2 tickets to see Tosca at Covent Garden.   I have always said I wanted to see it and she very generously shook out her piggy bank to buy the tickets (actually I think she must have secretly won the lottery!) 

I thought long and hard about who I was going to take with me but finally decided to take her.

So we are here in Covent Garden,  about to get dolled up in our glamorous finery  before heading out for a pre-concert meal and then off to the opera.

I rather liked the reflection of this couple in the ceiling
