Huge Construction Shed

This is on Rue Tolbiac near our Paris apartment. The shed extends one lane into the street (leaving only two)--it includes two stories elevated well above street level (the roof has a clearly visible railing). I assume the project must still be just getting started; it's difficult  to see what is going on behind the barrier at the bottom of the street. 

To get the widest possible view I took the shot from just inside this Carrefour Market (our local small supermarket) through the door to the right of the tree--the straight streak at the top is a reflection of an interior neon light.  This image taken three years ago from a different angle shows the part same of the street--the auto garage is now but a memory (the crane there was for an earlier project on the Rue Charles Fourier further back--see the map).
