It wasn't sunny, I did not have the day off! I was not on West Kirkby beach nor did I walk to Hilbre island!

Time hop reminded me of this photo a year ago.

Bit of a nightmare day today...started by falling down the stairs. Agony! I worked out quite quickly that I hadn't broken anything so after half an hour rest in bed with a cup of tea I ventured to work.

Quite chuffed with myself for getting there and being able to teach.

Throughout the day however further aches and pains developed. Bit like whiplash, I guess.

Home now resting! Can't tell you how battered and bruised my lower legs look.

No skirts for a few days ....
