Spit and polish

Today's back blip, is yesterday's 50 after I washed it with some washing up liquid and then used some Copperglo and a soft cloth. It has come up nice and clean.

I'm feeling a lot better now, I think I'm mostly recovered from by dose of 'flu. I still feel a little odd but I'm a lot better. If nothing else I've lost more weight today and my 7-day average has started to go down at long last!
