Mucky unlucky

Well after about 6,000 miles of running over the last 10 years it was bound to happen. I've seen many a good solider fall but until January 11th 2016 I've stood firm. Well that was until tonight along a very unlit country lane on my 4th mile out of 8. Stupid to go down this road really using drivers headlights to see where I was going and before I knew it I was upside down in a muddy ditch. My arms and legs grazed and covered in mud for the next 30 minutes. The back of my shirt is sodden.

This marathon in April better be worth it....
