Rhyolite boulder

A brilliant walk up Mt Somers yesterday from Sharplin Falls car park, starting off in thick fog, then emerging into sunshine close to the summit.  The volcanic rocks are spectacular.
Mt Peel can be seen poking above the cloud in the background.
