Flex
First weigh in tonight and hubby has treated me to a Fitbit Flex wristband to help keep me on track with what's going on. Lost 4.5lb which I'm really pleased with for my first week. Hoping to lose another 2.5 to get to my 1/2 stone next week.
Overall enjoying the healthy eating and finding it fairly easy to do. Just need to increase my exercise and I'll have cracked it. Feeling so much better and motivated to continue.
