It is raining bubbly goo......

Just minding my own business when I saw this very odd sight. Floating goo landing around me.. I have heard of it raining cats and dogs but goo? 

The news hasn't said anything, nor NASA, the UFO groups, or... but it only did this for 5 minutes thanks goodness..
