Stock Pot
Inspired by a cookery book I bought yesterday (Love Your Leftovers by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall), I'm making a pot of chicken stock from the carcass of Sunday's roast. This will be the basis for a Jerusalem Artichoke and Carrot Soup (plenty of both in the fridge just waiting to be used up). The fragrant aroma of the stock as it cooks is already making me hungry!
