Rose Leaves

I went for coffee with friends (sisters)  this morning, one of whom became a grandmother for the first time on Christmas Day; there were lots of  proud grandmother moments  as she showed me photographs of Dillon George on her iPhone  -  she seems to be in her element and I think it's a role she'll enjoy playing. :-))

Today I set out trying to blip moss, but although the photos were quite sharp I realised when I uploaded my images it wasn't the right kind of moss  -  at least not the effect I was looking for.  Luckily I'd also blipped these richly coloured leaves, so at least I had something for the challenge.
