High tea.

There have been so many snails around over the last few weeks! It's impossible not to tread on them. I don't dislike snail, I don't like the thought of eating them and I definitely don't like treading on them.

This one has climbed up the stalk of an old poppy to feed on the seed head. I didn't know they could climb so well.

This was taken in the garden. I held a black card behind the scene. The lighting is daylight - well diffused by the rain clouds this morning.
