Excuses

Under the circumstances this isn't too bad but it was definitely one of those blip days today.

The best weather was this morning when I was busy. By the time I went out this afternoon it was raining and miserable. I took this in the rain down at Hockenhull Platts and feel lucky to get a bit of brightness in the shot. It was certainly too wet to mess around with lenses so I took a handful of pictures and dashed back to the car.

When I got home I thought I could get a better shot at the football tonight but that has been called off so this will have to do.
