More queues at Stump Cross

a look down the hill as i'm walking the dog at 0945 this morning and the queues at stump cross near halifax are like it is rush hour. It doesnt seem to matter what time of day it is the traffic is murder . Maybe we should follow Delhi and ban cars on the road every other day at least the buses would run on time !
