Woodland Walk

The weather has reverted to type today so I spent a wet morning walking the dogs  in John Muir Country Park Woods. The pathway to the woods is so churned up with mud that when it is raining significantly we tend to go in the car to the car park adjacent to the woods which enables us to do most of the walk in the shelter of the woodland. Even so there were some mighty big puddles to negotiate this morning. 

Paths which snake their way through woodland always carry an element of mystery about them. Where are they leading ? And that's about all that can be said about my blip today.
