Wind Swept Blue Tit

This little chap almost lost his footing in the wind. 
  I was quite surprised to see them actually eating the Crabbe Apples.
I had seen them tapping away at the fruit but assumed they were after the insects among them?
 So may be he was a little tipsy as well?
