Drying out

My days consist of walking and working and little else at the moment. But today is the first day I haven't felt exhausted by the evening. I think that's because I am finally low carb'ing again and the absence of bread and such like from my diet really suits me.

I think the lovely salad lunch I walked into town to grab this morning helped and although the air was cold it was nice and dry. Unlike this evening, I walked for an hour and it rained constantly, I must invest in some waterproof clothing!
