Delicate Rose

This belongs to a neighbor down the street from us. This is a bit of a neglected rose, but it has the sweetest little blooms, especially when it is just starting to bloom out.

Just got back from seeing The Amazing Spiderman with my son. Always fun to go watch movies with him and then have a conversation regarding the merits of the different movies and super heroes. We really aren't as geeky as that sounds. Really.

A warm day and we got the old A/C in the window. So now it's on full blast, the box fan is on full blast trying to send cool air down the hallway, and I can't hear a damn thing. That's one of two reason's why I hate the window A/C. The other is that it isn't even cooling...it just blasts it into that one room. However...better than nothing.
