My mate R let me know at short notice that he was doing a demo of simple lighting for portraiture at Easingwold Camera Club. Jaime patiently sat all evening while he talked.

Really inspiring talk, but I had an itchy "trigger" finger by the end. I went to get my camera from the car and by the time I got back, the hall lights were up and the usual cups of tea were circulating.

Jaime's patience continued and we managed half a dozen quick images before things got too distracting. This is my favourite.

By the way, Jaime is a lovely, relaxed, natural model; she's also a very accomplished photographer.
