Pre dinner drinks

We are heading out the door for dinner at friends. I am assigned the pre-dinner nibbles hence this stuffed bell-pepper.

PS One year ago I was looking at the building we had to evacuate during the big quake in Feb. we have still not been back in. Engineers are currently in there drilling to assess structural damage to see if it's a demolition job or can be remediated.
