Re-Assigned...

I got some odd news yesterday. Odd in how my mind handled it.

I was taken off as a project leader which initially I wasn't sure how to take. I'm not sure I like finding things I can't give a good cracking at but I was rather vocal with my manager as to how uncomfortable I found it.

Later in the day it settled a lot better in my head because it means I can concentrate more the actual work than on helping/facilitating others to do the work.
