1000 times

I've greeted her more than 1000 times by just making eye contact and nodding but without knowing her name or having spoken a word with her. Every morning and every evening she is the one who make sure every car can go on to the ferry exactly in the order they arrived - without fail. She is absolutely in control regardless the weather, the traffic volume or the chaos sometimes when drivers do not get it immediately.

Admirable!

Very wet day with sleet exactly when I went running with WJ. However we shortened the run, still got totally soaked but enjoyed the hot shower and lunch even more afterwards.
