The long and winding road.

Out with Ziggy and Hector on our daily walk. A gorgeous day with a light breeze which was just strong enough to ruffle the verge side grasses. This section was easy going, it was to get considerably worse later on with mud up to their ankles.
My additional shot is of a wood which has grown on the sides of old railway line which ran from Alcester to Bearley and dismantled in the late fifties.
