From scratch!

Sorry it's another food blip but I'm quite pleased with how this looks and it's dark outside all day long!

So let's hope it tastes good too. I chopped a chicken breast in half and made two little ones although this pic makes them look giant! and stuffed them with mozarella, sun dried tomatoes and spinach. The parma ham is a late addition to keep it all in!
