Don't jump in

Lovely walk with Betsy but a bit of a harsh day as a parent. One of Ellie's wee friends let her down about something and Ellie was distraught. I hated seeing her so upset over something someone else had inflicted on her. They are still so wee. Too early in my book to learn about the realities of life. Argh. I think I need to go to a parent toughen up club ;0)
