New school shoes

Another morning of clearing out bedrooms. Ben spent the morning giving Bibi’s room a second coat.
On Friday, Bibi’s school shoes broke (the strap came off) so we had to go to Kingston to get her new shoes. We went to Kingston just before lunch with Penny and Ben. We had lunch in the John Lewis café.

Bibi had asked for a pair of Dr Martens as school shoes but I had refused as they are way too expensive. After a couple of hours of having no luck in getting school shoes, Ben gave in and bought her a pair. I was not very happy especially since she went and got a pair that is a size smaller than her usual shoes.
