A beautiful, ice cold morning, the start of something very new: this week I'll participate in the bootcamp 'Improv for Scientists' at the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science here in Stony Brook, NY. Yes, that's right, there is actually a course that brings my two worlds, my two passions together. How exciting is that? I've been looking forward to this tremendously and I am very curious to see how they will apply Improv to make scientists better communicators.
