Icy Cold Water!

This morning I had planned on returning to the same spot as yesterday to take more flood water photos like the ones in yesterday's extras, so that I could post one as my main blip today but was dismayed amazed to see that it had all but disappeared! 


Undaunted, I returned to my usual sunrise position. It was all looking a little unappealing but I was determined to seek out the beauty and a little further wandering revealed a significant expanse of flood water for the sunrise to be reflected in, so I strode on in with my wellies and tripod and started really enjoying the first light as it spilled over the horizon. I got a bit carried away.... definitely not paying enough attention - until the icy cold water spilled over the top of my wellies and down onto my feet, that is! Just thought you'd like to know how I'm prepared to suffer for my photography........ :))
