Lots of rain = very fast and high river

This is the river outside of our house, it has already gone down by almost a meter but is still the highest I have ever seen it.

I posted a photo of it last week thinking it was high then but even worse today.

I think we are quite safe from it as the other side from us would flood first; even so, I am glad it is going down already.
