Spaceship seats

The people of Grangemouth have been gifted interesting new seats by the council. Local press doesn't rate them higly mind you. And a design fault I spotted is that water is collecting inside them. Understandable, they are plate shaped with no place for rain to drain out of. But perhaps it's art.
