Surprise Pop Up

It was starting to get a bit dark and we were just about to leave the salt marsh area for the day when I saw this guy suddenly pop up.
This is a wild mink spotted scampering around among the dried reeds and oyster beds at the edge of the marsh.
Always enjoy seeing these cute little guys!
