This is one of 5 different honey combinations contained in a Christmas present.  The majority are sourced locally.  They are small jars and three have already disappeared as cough mixture!
Felt so much better and went back to the gym for a work out.  Then managed to walk to the shops to pick up a prescription and have a wander round the tail end of the sales.  Not tempted to purchase anything except some birthday cards.  
Like Bom I am trying to avoid buying anything which will quickly become 'clutter'.
Met No2 son for lunch and cheated by being given a lift home as he had to move his car from timed parking place.
Took camera with me but forgot to take it out of my bag.
