Whiteside looking towards Hopegill Head

Back in Keswick and after last night's snow, we couldn't wait to get out. Managed to drive through the snow to Crummock, and walked up Whiteside. Our original intention was to do Hopegill head as well, but the wind was so strong and the snow almost waist deep at times it was really hard going, as you can see from the extra. Ice axes and crampons were used much of the day, so the load being carried was pretty heavy.
