Retirement

One of my former colleagues is retiring and moving back up north, so my best mate and I met him for lunch today.  He was quite happy to gloat.  Lol!  Dave is one of the world’s top blokes, no ego, wouldn’t harm a fly, just a genuinely nice bloke.  It was good to see him again, and we talked about planning walks up in Lake District later this year.

Training was good this morning, back to my best and setting new personal bests.

In other news though, my health is now being monitored.  Next week could see a big decision made.
