So Many Beauties To Admire...snakes, frogs, bats..

A lovely day at Leeds Tropical World with Lupes...so many beauties to admire...snakes, lizards, frogs, butterflies, fish, birds, meercats and bats. It was warm, terrifically tropical and had a cafe that was perfect for tea, muffins and loads of chat.

I do have a soft spot for all types of reptiles and in my student days I had quite a collection including a corn snake that one day escaped...after about 6 weeks we all assumed it had gone to the vivaruim in the sky until one evening during an episode of Neighbours he slithered across the living room floor...much to the astonishment of my then new boyfriend.....needless to say he didn't last long, the boyfriend that is!
