Aiming at a Tart Tatin...

The trick is not to get too excited to turn it over. Just out the oven the pan handle is still scalding hot. Remember Arnold Ernst Toht in the first Indiana Jones movie? The German that brands his hand with the roasting hot  headpiece - that'll be me. Turned out OK though (see what I did there?)
